This online service provides qualified candidates for hard-to-fill positions in blood and marrow transplantation and cellular therapy.   ASBMT has a unique membership, and your employment listing will reach a large number of highly qualified active, as well as passive, job seekers.

The service is not limited to use by ASBMT members  It is open to all clinicians, investigators and allied health professionals in the fields of BMT, cellular therapy and oncology/hematology.  When your career opportunity is posted in the JOB CONNECTION or the FELLOWSHIP CONNECTION, an e-mail is broadcast to those who have asked to be notified of employment or fellowships listings that match their search criteria.  The e-mail broadcast can generate an immediate audience for your listing. 

You have the ability to create a free company profile, explaining your organization and your work environment.  This can include your organization’s logo, which also can appear in your individual opportunity announcements. 

There is a pay-per-use resume bank.  You can browse all of the anonymous resumes without paying a fee.  Everything is on view except the candidate’s name and contact information.  You then have the opportunity to “buy” the resumes that interest you, and you are invoiced only if the candidate responds with an interest in your opportunity.
