Meeting Registration

The deadline for Meeting Registration at standard rates is January 18.  After that date, on-site registration rates apply.  The registration fee includes five days of scientific sessions, CME fee, meeting materials, a welcome reception and breakfast, and luncheon symposia.


Hotel Reservation

Hotel reservations are first come, first served.  Remember that February is a very popular vacation month in Orlando.  The choice hotels rooms fill up fast.  The deadline for guaranteed reservations is January 18.


Abstracts

Abstract submission closed on October 8.  Author notifications of abstract acceptance will be sent the week of Dec. 1.


Ground Transportation Options

Star Transportation (TranStar Transportation Group, Inc.) is the preferred transportation company at the Rosen Shingle Creek Convention Center and is offering special rates for BMT attendees.  Please let them know you are a BMT attendee to qualify for these rates.  All rates are either for a town car (up to 3 passengers) or an SUV (up to 6 passengers).  No additional fees will be added for additional passengers in the vehicle. Gratuity is at your discretion.

Airport transportation from the Orlando International Airport to the Rosen Shingle Creek Convention Center is $60.  From the Rosen Shingle Creek Convention Center to the Orlando International Airport is $42.

For guests traveling to Hyatt Place, restaurants and attractions South of Sand Lake Road and North of SR 528 the rate is $10.00.

Please call 1-866-888-5530 to schedule a transfer for a specific date and time. They do have vehicles available 24 hours a day at Rosen Shingle Creek on the main drive as well.

Mears Motor Shuttle is also available to and from the Orlando International Airport for $18 each way.  Plan to allow 3 hours prior to your flight time for your transfer back to the airport from the hotel as this shuttle does stop at other hotels.  If you purchase a roundtrip ticket in advance there is a $4 discount.  Please click here for more information.


FOR THOSE STAYING AT HYATT PLACE
Browne’s Luxury Car Service is the preferred transportation company at Hyatt Place. They charge $10 per car (up to 3 ppl per car) from the Hyatt Place to the Rosen Shingle Creek Convention Center.  Gratuity is at your discretion.  The front desk at the Hyatt Place can assist you with using their service.  If you need to contact them, their number is 407-808-8034.  The rate from the Orlando International Airport to the Hyatt Place is $45 plus gratuity.  The return trip to the Orlando International Airport is $40 plus gratuity.  Advance reservations are required.


Bags – Make Travel Easier

 

Bags, located on the Lobby Level of the Rosen Shingle Creek Convention Center, brings airline access right to Rosen Shingle Creek.  Use Bags to take care of the things that cause big time headaches — airports, luggage and boarding passes. The next time you'll have to think about your luggage will be at your final destination.

 

Airline Check-in will be available throughout your stay from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm at the valet desk.

Guests may also visit https://onvoy.arincmuse.net/rps/ and use event ID 15058 with passcode Tandem 2010 to enroll for this unique service.  Bags can provide service for all attendees departing on domestic flights from Orlando International Airport on Airtran, Alaskan, American, Continental, Delta, JetBlue, Northwest, and United Airlines.  For only $8 plus applicable airline baggage fees, you will be able to check your baggage and receive your boarding pass, allowing you additional time at the conference on the last day.  You must have your luggage checked no less than 3 hours prior to your flight.
