Advance Registration and Housing Deadline
for Honolulu Meeting is Monday, Jan. 9

The deadline for advance registration and housing for the 2006 BMT Tandem Meetings is Monday, Jan. 9.  The meetings will be held Feb. 16-20 at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu.

Advance Registration

Meeting registration can be completed online.  After the Jan. 9 deadline, on-site registration rates apply which are $100 higher in each registration category.

Housing

Hotel accommodations can be reserved online.  After the Jan. 9 deadline, housing will be on a “space available” basis. 

Your best bargains on hotel accommodations are within the block of rooms reserved for the BMT Tandem Meetings.  Group rates have been negotiated for the dates of the meetings and for collar dates immediately prior to and after the meetings. 

Hotel Availability

Because of the high volume of advance registrations, additional rooms have been added to the housing block, and three additional hotels have been brought online.  The hotel availability as of Dec. 30 was:

• Ala Moana Hotel (headquarters) – sold out
• Renaissance Ilikai Waikiki – sold out
• Hilton Hawaiian Village – 16 rooms available
• Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki – 25 rooms available
• Doubletree Alana Hotel Waikiki – 16 rooms available
• Holiday Inn Waikiki – 9 rooms available, but sold out for Feb. 15
