Third-Party Billing Introduced

on ASBMT Job Connection

 

The Job Connection and Fellowship Connection on the ASBMT Web site have a new feature that allows employers to identify a third party as the contact for billing and receipts. 

 

The new feature has the following steps:

 

·     Upon completing a job posting, an employer is taken to the payment screen. 

·     On that page is a box that asks "Who should receive billing and receipt information?" 

·     The menu's default selection is "Send receipts and invoices to me." 

·     Alternatively, an employer can select "Send receipts and invoices to a new contact."

·     If "new contact" is selected, additional fields drop down for identifying the alternate party.

·     The new contact becomes the correspondent for that specific order.

 

The Job Connection and the Fellowship Connection are an online service for those offering or seeking employment and training opportunities. Much like classified want ads in a newspaper or journal, the listings can be searched free of charge by job seekers, and there is a nominal fee for those announcing available positions.
