Journal Deliveries Resume
Throughout New Orleans

As the affected areas in New Orleans continue to recover from damage caused by Hurricane Katrina, the United States Postal Service has recently lifted the embargo on all zip codes in the affected areas.

Delivery of current issues of Biology of Blood and Marrow Transplantation has been resumed to ASBMT members located in the embargoed zip codes.

In the experience of most publishers, magazine and journal subscribers usually prefer not to receive back-issue periodicals when mail has been suspended or significantly delayed.  Therefore, back issues of BBMT will be sent only upon specific request.  If you are located in one of the embargoed zip codes, you may request delivery of back issues of BBMT by contacting Julia McNutt, senior society coordinator at Elsevier Inc.

Although during the embargo some members have not been receiving print copies of BBMT, they have continued to have access to the online editions of the journal.
