BMT Tandem Meetings ‘Education Book’

Copies of the Education Book for the 2006 BMT Tandem Meetings are available for purchase at $20.

All ASBMT members and subscribers to Biology of Blood and Marrow Transplantation received the Education Book as a supplement to the January 2006 issue.   A copy of the book also was enclosed with registration materials at the BMT Tandem Meetings.

A limited number of additional copies are available to those unable to attend the BMT Tandem Meetings, for use in training programs or as an introduction or update on the field of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and cellular therapy.

The editor for this year’s Education Book is Claudio Anasetti, MD, chair of the ASBMT Annual Meeting Scientific Program Committee and co-chair of the meeting’s Organizing Committee.  He is division chief of blood and marrow transplant at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute in Tampa.  The book was supported by an educational grant from Amgen, Inc.
