Let ASBMT Add to
Your Hurricane Relief Donations
Send a check for $200 or more to a leading disaster relief agency, and ASBMT will add $100 to your contribution. Here is how the challenge works:
- The private relief agencies tell us that they need funds. Offers of food, water, medicine, clothing, etc., are appreciated but are difficult to process and integrate into relief efforts. What they need most is dollar donations.
- ASBMT has sent a check for $10,000 to the American Red Cross.
- We are challenging members to send a donation of $200 or more to any of three relief organizations: the American Red Cross, Salvation Army, or American’s Second Harvest.
- If you send us a photocopy of your check for $200 or more (or a printout of your online contribution), the Society will send an additional $100 to that agency.
