The presentation "Dermatologic Manifestations" contains images that are actually embedded movie clips (.AVI files). When you click one of the "pinch test" images, for example, it should become a movie clip that demonstrates how to perform the test.
For most PC users, the movie clips will play automatically when clicked. Macintosh users will have varied results.
